@ Andy

In case of a random connection (e.g. Starbucks) you could make a 'random' profile in which you change the connection to the one you are currently able to connect with (Starbucks or any other which you will only connect with once) each time you walk into a new temporarily connection.

Hi... So does anyone know how to make the N95 to automatically switch between access points?

In the instruction above, in the section for configuring SIP Settings, I saw this comment: "By the way it’s shame you can’t select an access point group in the SIP profile like in most other application. This means that if you want to use multiple default access points you’ll need to create multiple SIP profiles with each one having an different default access point set."

Can you explain what this means. If I understand correctly, even if we could configure it to recognize a group of access points, these access points would have to be known ahead of time. What if we travel and walked into a Starbucks or some new place that have opened WiFi. How would it know to start using it?

Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by "a long time to make a VoIP call" but the answer is probably no. All outgoing calls are normal.

Can someone please help? My N95 is working just fine except it would not automatically switch my SIP settings between access points. For example if I have one access point called AtHome and another called AtWork and I went from AtHome to AtWork or vi versa, it would always tries to use only the one that I had set at the Default access point in my SIP settings. Even though the WLAN connection is detecting the new accesss point and successfully connects to it, I'd have to manually change the Default access point in SIP settings to make it registered. Any idea how to make this work? Thanks a million in advanced!

I have trouble getting my phone to register on the VoipBuster service. Keep getting registration failed, but I know I have inputtd the right username and password.
What I do now on my Nokia E65 is go to www.voipbuster.com.
This opens up a VoipBuster Mobile website, sign in with my username and password and this works!!! It is like using the PC VoipBuster client.

Thanks so much, I tried getting the settings from VOIPbuster but the textmessage never seems to arrive or get send. To check all compatible phones, log into your personal page and click the SIP settings link.
